When it comes to filing a complaint, the citizens can register their grievance through the Department’s website/app, citizen care centre number or also by visiting the Citizen Service Centers. Once it is registered, the central system records the grievance and generates unique tracking number immediately for future tracking purposes. After this, the inbuilt PreDefined Intelligence System of VMax assigns these registered grievances to the concerned staffs based on the grievance type and its location accordingly.

Post assigning, an SMS alert is sent to the concerned officer with the details of complainant, so that the concerned staff can get in touch with the complainant for further information. A similar SMS alert regarding the concerned officer is also sent to the complainant for further follow up, thus breaking the communication barriers while enabling quick resolution and process transparency. Currently, VMax is in the process of developing new age Kiosk robots that add additional channel for citizen services for government organizations.
