Himanshu says, “Our services are very helpful for the elderly people and semiliterate people who are not comfortable using Government’s online passport application process.” He goes on to inform us that the visa issuing process for different countries can be very confusing and the visa application rejection ratio is 40 percent. Enthralled by their progress in this sector, ItzEazy has mapped a long path of progress ahead of itself. The team is currently working on building a voice based platform for interactions for different citizen services keeping in mind the illiterate people.
